I get excited about houses and properties.  The potential in a fixer upper all the jaw drop moment of a house that has been completely updated and everything in between.  I'm like a cat lady that would take them all if I could.  Since I can't have them all I love helping people achieve their goals.  It's great working with investors and experienced home owners, but there is no better feeling then helping a first time home buyer and handing over the keys to their first house. 

My proudest professional achievements in Real Estate have been my top sales award in 2017 & 2018.  As well as ranking in the top 100 Realtors in WNY and Buffalo Region in 2018.  This places me in the top 3% of all Realtors among the Buffalo Board of Realtors.  in 2019 I earned my associate Brokers license.  

I bought my first rental property when I was in my early 20's and in 2013 purchased my dream home in Elma with my wife Kelly. Together we have a son named Keaton and a daughter Amelia.  

I have spent 20 years in Management and running businesses.  But Real Estate is where I have found my most joy.  Its rewarding financially, and allows for a wonderful family life balance.  I mostly enjoy meeting new people and making new friends, that I would never other wise meet.  "We've enter as strangers and soon we have friends"
